SECTION 01 · AI SHOULD SUPPORT HUMAN JUDGMENT
AI Should Support Human Judgment
AI tools can assist with analysis, ideation, research, productivity and decision support. Participants remain responsible for evaluating AI-generated outputs, applying professional judgment, verifying important information, understanding limitations and making final decisions. AI may support judgment. It does not replace accountability.
SECTION 02 · RESPONSIBLE USE OF DATA
Responsible Use of Data
Participants must not knowingly upload or expose confidential, proprietary, personal, sensitive or regulated information to external AI systems without appropriate authorisation. This includes employer confidential information, customer information, personal or financial data, proprietary business strategies, internal documents, restricted operational data and information shared confidentially by another participant. Always follow the policies of your own organisation when using AI tools.
SECTION 03 · ACCURACY, VALIDATION & HALLUCINATION RISK
Accuracy, Validation & Hallucination Risk
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased or fabricated. Participants should validate important outputs against reliable sources before using them in professional, strategic or operational contexts. Confidence of presentation should never be mistaken for accuracy.
SECTION 04 · TRANSPARENCY IN AI-ASSISTED WORK
Transparency in AI-Assisted Work
AI tools may be used for learning, ideation and productivity where permitted. Participants should not misrepresent AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted content as entirely their own work where disclosure is reasonably expected. For capstone or assessed work, follow any specific disclosure expectations communicated by the program.
SECTION 05 · BIAS, FAIRNESS & INCLUSION
Bias, Fairness & Inclusion
AI systems can reflect biases present in data, design, deployment choices or surrounding organisational processes. Participants should consider potential unfair outcomes, bias in recommendations, impact on different stakeholder groups, accessibility and the need for appropriate human oversight.
SECTION 06 · PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Privacy & Confidentiality
Responsible AI use requires careful handling of personal and confidential information.
Participants should follow the Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Professional Code of Conduct when handling information or discussing AI-enabled work.
SECTION 07 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
Intellectual Property & Copyright
Participants should respect applicable intellectual-property and copyright obligations when using AI-generated material, uploading source documents, creating derivative materials, referencing third-party content or using outputs commercially. AI-generated outputs are not automatically free of third-party rights.
SECTION 08 · AI IN DECISION-MAKING
AI in Decision-Making
High-impact decisions should not rely solely on automated AI output without appropriate human review. This includes decisions affecting employment, customers, financial outcomes, legal rights, safety, compliance, access to services or significant organisational consequences.

Prohibited Use
Participants must not use program activities, tools or community access to support fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malicious cyber activity, unauthorised surveillance, deliberate misinformation, intellectual-property theft or other unlawful activity.
SECTION 11 · PARTICIPANT ACCOUNTABILITY
Participant Accountability
Participants remain responsible for how AI tools are used in their own professional context. AI Executive Program™ provides educational frameworks and leadership perspectives, not approval for any particular operational use of AI.
