SECTION 01 · PROFESSIONAL RESPECT
Professional Respect
Participants must treat fellow participants, facilitators, speakers and program representatives with professionalism and respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, abusive conduct and deliberate disruption are not acceptable.
SECTION 02 · CONSTRUCTIVE EXECUTIVE DIALOGUE
Constructive Executive Dialogue
Share perspectives respectfully, challenge ideas rather than individuals, ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, respect different professional backgrounds and create space for others to contribute.
SECTION 03 · CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION
Confidentiality & Professional Discretion
Program discussions may include business experiences, strategic perspectives or commercially sensitive information. Participants must not publicly disclose another person’s or organisation’s confidential information without appropriate permission.
SECTION 04 · RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI
Responsible Use of AI
Exercise professional judgment when using AI tools. Do not upload confidential, proprietary, personal or regulated information belonging to another participant, employer, customer or organisation into AI systems without appropriate authority. Participants remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before professional use.
SECTION 05 · RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Respect for Intellectual Property
Program materials are provided for personal learning and development. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, redistribution, publication or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
SECTION 06 · SESSION PRIVACY & RECORDING
Session Privacy & Recording
Participants must not record sessions, photograph restricted materials, reproduce live discussions or publicly stream sessions without prior permission.
SECTION 07 · PROFESSIONAL & ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
Professional & Academic Integrity
Participants should accurately represent their own work. AI may be used where permitted, but participants remain accountable for submitted work and should not misrepresent third-party or AI-generated material where disclosure is required.
SECTION 08 · NETWORKING WITHOUT UNWANTED SOLICITATION
Networking Without Unwanted Solicitation
Professional networking is encouraged. However, the learning environment should not be used primarily for unsolicited selling, repeated commercial promotion, recruitment spam or aggressive outreach. Mutually welcomed professional conversations are encouraged.

The response will depend on the seriousness and circumstances of the conduct. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the integrity of the learning environment.
