SECTION 01 · OUR LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Our Learning Experience
AI Executive Program™ is a professional executive-learning and leadership-development program focused on AI strategy, responsible AI and governance, enterprise transformation, business value creation, organisational adoption and leadership in AI-enabled environments. The program is educational in nature. Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, business results, investment returns or any particular professional or commercial outcome.
SECTION 02 · ADMISSIONS & SELECTION
Admissions & Selection
Admission may be subject to an application and selection process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications may be assessed based on suitability, cohort capacity and reasonable admissions considerations.
SECTION 03 · PROGRAM EXPERIENCE & DELIVERY
Program Experience & Delivery
Program features may include live interactive sessions, executive learning materials, frameworks and templates, exercises and applied assignments, capstone activities, facilitated discussions, mentoring and a certificate of completion where applicable. Schedules, sequencing, instructors, facilitators, platforms or delivery formats may be reasonably adjusted to maintain or improve program quality.

Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to maintain appropriate connectivity and compatible devices, attend applicable sessions, engage professionally, complete relevant learning requirements, respect program materials, follow the Code of Conduct and use AI tools responsibly.

Fees, Payments & Enrolment
Program fees, offers and payment schedules will be communicated before enrolment. Participants are responsible for completing payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Refund eligibility is governed by the
SECTION 06 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LEARNING MATERIALS
Intellectual Property & Learning Materials
Unless otherwise stated, presentations, frameworks, templates, graphics, learning materials, curriculum, recordings and proprietary methodologies are owned by or licensed to AI Executive Program™. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use materials for individual learning and professional development. Materials must not be reproduced, sold, redistributed, publicly published, commercially exploited or used to create substantially derived competing training offerings without prior written permission.
SECTION 07 · SESSION RECORDINGS & DIGITAL CONTENT
Session Recordings & Digital Content
Selected sessions may be recorded for educational support, quality, accessibility or participant reference. Participants must not independently record, distribute or publicly share sessions without permission.
SECTION 08 · CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Certificate of Completion
Certificate eligibility may depend on applicable attendance, participation, assignments, capstone work or other completion requirements communicated for the cohort. Certificates represent completion of relevant program requirements and should not be represented as an academic degree, government licence or regulated professional qualification unless explicitly stated.
SECTION 09 · RESPONSIBLE & ETHICAL USE OF AI
Responsible & Ethical Use of AI
Participants must comply with applicable laws, organisational policies, confidentiality requirements, data-protection expectations and intellectual-property obligations. Program demonstrations do not authorise participants to upload confidential, personal, proprietary or regulated information into external AI systems.
SECTION 10 · CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL TRUST
Confidentiality & Professional Trust
Participants may encounter professional experiences, business examples and discussions shared by others. Participants should treat information identified as confidential, or reasonably understood to be confidential, with appropriate discretion.
SECTION 11 · PROGRAM CHANGES & CONTINUITY
Program Changes & Continuity
Reasonable modifications may be made to session timing, curriculum sequencing, facilitators, platforms or delivery methods where operationally necessary. Where a material change significantly affects enrolled participants, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate it promptly.
SECTION 12 · PARTICIPANT SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL
Participant Suspension or Removal
Serious or repeated violations involving harassment, unlawful conduct, deliberate disruption, intellectual-property violations, serious Code of Conduct breaches or material violations of these Terms may result in restricted participation, suspension or removal.
SECTION 13 · EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION
Educational Disclaimer & Limitation
The program provides educational frameworks, perspectives and learning resources. Participants remain responsible for their own professional, operational, commercial and organisational decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Executive Program™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational materials, third-party systems or circumstances outside reasonable control. No liability that cannot legally be excluded is excluded.
