Security & Incident Response

How we approach digital security, responsible incident management and protection of program information.

Effective Date · 9 August 2026 · Last Reviewed · 9 August 2026

SECTION 01 · OUR SECURITY APPROACH

Our Security Approach

We take a practical, risk-aware approach to protecting program information and supporting a trustworthy digital experience. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the context, while recognising that no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

SECTION 02 · PROTECTING INFORMATION

Protecting Information

We seek to limit access to information to appropriate operational purposes, handle participant and program information with care, and avoid collecting or retaining information that is not reasonably needed for the relevant activity.

SECTION 03 · THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Third-Party Platforms

The website and program experience may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, forms, email communication, analytics, payment processing or learning operations. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices and security responsibilities.

SECTION 04 · INCIDENT IDENTIFICATION & ASSESSMENT

Incident Identification & Assessment

When a potential security or privacy concern is identified, we seek to understand what happened, which information or services may be involved, the likely impact and what immediate steps may be appropriate.

SECTION 05 · RESPONSE & CONTAINMENT

Response & Containment

Response actions may include containing an issue, coordinating with relevant service providers, preserving useful information for assessment, correcting affected processes and taking reasonable steps to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

SECTION 06 · COMMUNICATION WHERE APPROPRIATE

Communication Where Appropriate

Where a matter is assessed as significant, we will consider appropriate communication with affected people, service providers or other relevant parties, taking account of the available facts, legal obligations and the need to avoid creating further risk.

SECTION 07 · REPORTING A SECURITY CONCERN

Reporting a Security Concern

Please report suspected security, privacy or unauthorised-access concerns promptly to aicoe1984@gmail.com with enough detail for reasonable assessment. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in an initial report.
